Our Process

A successful project starts with you. Before contacting us, take some time to think about what you wish to accomplish. Determine if you need any special website functionality. Consider the design style which appeals to you. And finally, let us know about those needs.

When you're ready, complete our website survey * so that we can begin understanding what you need. If we believe that your website development project could benefit from our services and skills, we'll email you to see if you want to take the next step.

I. Preliminary Project Review

We'll arraign an appointment to meet with you at our office. Here we'll spend about an hour talking over your project. This free consultation will allow us to further understand your project requirements. We provide services for businesses all throughout the US, so if you cannot travel to our office, this session can be conducted over the phone. In most cases, we'll be able to give you a very rough estimate of what the cost of your project will be projected to be.

II. Agreement

You'll be presented with an agreement that specifies the services that we'll be providing for you. We'll then begin work on your project upon your request. You'll be required to submit an initial payment to begin work. Then, as work progresses on your project, you'll receive a monthly invoice for the duration of your project for work completed to date. Our standard contract can include a not-to-exceed price for projects with a well defined scope of work.
